Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

2. Rescheduling

  • 5+ days before trip: Free rescheduling once.
  • Less than 5 days: ₹1,000 rescheduling fee.
  • Rescheduled date must be within 90 days of original booking.

3. Cancellation by Trekoya

  • Cancellations due to weather, road closures, natural disasters, or government orders: Full refund or free rescheduling — your choice.
  • Driver no-show (our failure): Full refund + ₹500 compensation.

4. How to Cancel

Email hello@trekoya.com with your Booking ID and cancellation request.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).
