Vehicle Rate Card

Rates applicable from 01 Sep 2026 onwards till further notice.

Driver duty is predefined; no duty after 8:00 PM or as directed by the itinerary. Exceeding hours charged at ₹500/hr. Vehicles operate strictly per the declared itinerary/route, not on disposal or free roaming.

Holding the vehicle, deviating from the route, or using the vehicle for other purposes attracts a price change.

GST applicable on the above pricing as per service providers.

Rates are based on current diesel prices; any hike above ₹110/litre, or the rate at time of travel, will be adjusted accordingly.

Toll and parking are included; repeat visits to the same spot/place attract additional charges.

Entry fees to tourist spots are not included.

Airport parking is included for one pickup from one airport only (T1/T2/Shillong). Multiple pickups from different airports are charged extra.

Payment terms: 30% at time of booking, 70% on arrival/pickup.

Maximum passengers as per declared vehicle seating capacity; change in guest count changes the price.

Expenses from factors beyond control (flight/rail delay, roadblock, natural calamity, vehicle malfunction, political disturbance, tourist spot closure, etc.) are not included.

Personal travel expenses unrelated to vehicle transport are not included.

In case of vehicle breakdown, the operator will provide a substitute vehicle at no extra cost, subject to availability.

AC will not be applicable on hills or while the vehicle is standing.

Valid documentation (insurance, fitness, road tax, permit, PUC, etc.) is mandatory for all vehicles operating across states.

Vehicles without commercial number plates, or personal vehicles with white plates, are not allowed to operate carrying tourists across Northeast India.

Smoking and drinking are not permitted inside the vehicle.

Night travel across the hills is not advisable for tourist and driver safety.

Additional charges apply for travel to spots requiring midnight travel (e.g., sunrise viewpoints like Nongjrong) or where hills are too steep to climb, per mutual itinerary agreement (e.g., Nongjrong/Mandala Top/Chakzam Bridge/Mago/Zemithang/Gorichen, etc.).

Public areas and vehicles must be kept litter-free; littering or urinating in public spaces is prohibited and may attract fines up to ₹5,000 by local authorities.

Tourists may be required to engage local spot guides for remote locations (e.g., Wari Chora, Baghmara, Shilju, West Khasi Hills, Double Decker Trek, Sacred Forests, Wei Sawdong) and must respect the integrity of these places.

Owner/operator reserves the right to discontinue or cancel services in case of disagreement/dispute. All disputes are subject to Guwahati jurisdiction only.
