1. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment (30% of total). A booking confirmation with your Booking ID will be sent via WhatsApp and email.

2. Pricing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 5% GST. The price confirmed at booking is the final price — no hidden charges will be added after.

3. Force Majeure

Trekoya is not liable for delays, route changes, or cancellations caused by road conditions, weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.

4. Itinerary Changes

Day-by-day itineraries are subject to change based on road conditions, weather, or local advisories. We will always inform you in advance and find the best alternative.

5. Cancellation

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on refunds and rescheduling.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
