These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Trekoya Private Limited ("Trekoya", "we", "us"), and apply to every booking made through our website or WhatsApp.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment (30% of total). A booking confirmation with your Booking ID will be sent via WhatsApp and email.
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 5% GST. The price confirmed at booking is the final price — no hidden charges will be added after. Unless a package specifically states otherwise, the quoted price includes private vehicle transport, driver, accommodation, meals, and standard sightseeing fees along the route; personal expenses are not included. Any package-specific exclusion (such as wildlife safari tickets) is stated on that package's page.
Registered travel agency partners may book through Trekoya in one of two modes. Under Ground-Only bookings, Trekoya provides vehicle and driver only, priced per the published TTAA-based rate card; the partner agency is solely responsible for arranging and paying for the traveller's hotels, meals, and sightseeing. Under Full Package bookings, Trekoya provides the complete trip — the same inclusions as a direct customer package — at the agency's wholesale rate. The partner agency is responsible for its own arrangement with the traveller in both modes; Trekoya's obligations run to the agency as the booking party unless the invoice is configured to bill the traveller directly.
Trekoya is not liable for delays, route changes, or cancellations caused by road conditions, weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.
Day-by-day itineraries are subject to change based on road conditions, weather, or local advisories. We will always inform you in advance and find the best alternative.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
